Position Available: Electronics Technical Lead Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid) Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 + Bonus and Benefits Experience needed: Strong experience designing and delivering complex electronic subsystems throughout the full product lifecycle, alongside the ability to technically lead engineers and manage design activities against agreed budgets and schedules. About the Role We're looking for an Electronics Technical Lead to oversee the development of high-integrity electronic subsystems within a complex engineering environment. You'll lead a team of engineers from early feasibility and technology assessment through detailed design, qualification, certification and transition into production. The work may involve power electronics, motor-control systems, safety-related electronics or command-and-control equipment.
