DevOps Engineer (AWS / Terraform / GitLab) - Contract - SC & NPPV3 Required

Rate: £500 - £600 / day (Lead SFIA 5 level for top end rate)
URGENT CONTRACT REQUIREMENT
We are seeking a hands-on DevOps / Platform Engineer for an initial 12-month contract to support, secure, and scale our AWS cloud and hybrid platform.
Key Technical Stack & Responsibilities:
AWS Cloud: Control Tower, EKS, EC2, VPC / Private Links, RDS, IAM, Route53, ELB, Secrets Manager.
IaC & Automation: Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) and Ansible (Configuration Orchestration).
CI/CD & DevSecOps: GitLab CI/CD pipelines, on-premises GitLab server, GitLab Runner fleet, and shift-left security (SCA, SAST, DAST).
Containers & GitOps: Docker-Compose on EC2, EKS, and ArgoCD.
Artifact Management: Support for self-managed JFrog Artifactory & Xray.
Scripting: Developing automation scripts, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible files.
Operations: Participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota for Priority 1 & 2 incidents.
