Data Analyst - Credit Risk - SQL - Python - Tableau - Qlik - Glasgow Hybrid (2 days onsite) - 3 months
I am working with a well-known Financial Services consultancy looking for a Data Analyst for an ongoing project in Glasgow.
You will be involved in Analysing existing credit risk MI including measures, dimensions, star schemas, and data schemas.
Documenting the current state of portfolio management credit risk reporting in a retail banking setting.
Understanding and contributing to the technical architecture for the future-state MI solution.
Identifying and sourcing golden source data from appropriate data warehouses.
Using SQL and Python for data extraction and preparation for MI and reporting.
Collaborating with UK-based workstream and BI leads, and engaging credit risk stakeholders to refine and finalise LGD and EAD attributes and requirements.
I am therefore keen to speak with someone who has experience in Data analysis experience with business intelligence tooling such as Tableau or Qlik.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
Python experience for working with datasets used in MI and reporting.
Background in credit risk MI implementation within a banking domain, ideally retail credit.
Experience engaging with credit risk stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
Delivery-focused approach with the ability to work to defined workstream objectives.
