The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working within a supportive and collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and refinancing
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the transaction process
- Handling files from instruction through to completion with a high level of accuracy
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
- Ensuring transactions progress efficiently to meet deadlines
- Supporting the continued growth of the residential property team
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 5+ years' experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A proactive and team-focused approach
