Creative Operations Manager - Fintech - London Hybrid (2 days onsite) - 4 day-week
Do you enjoy managing creative studio operations and have hands-on experience in production, from planning shoots to being on set and making sure everything runs safely and to schedule?
I have an immediate opportunity for a Creative Ops Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of an in-house creative studio for a Fintech client.
You will make sure people, projects, and processes are aligned, give creative teams the structure, information, and support they need so leadership stays informed and work lands on time.
Owning studio operations so projects are properly scoped, scheduled, and unblocked.
Maintaining and improving project management boards and tooling, including Monday. com.
Leading planning, on-set coordination, and post-production handover for video and photo shoots, including Health & Safety and risk assessments.
Experience in creative operations, studio management, or production management in a studio, agency, or broadcast environment.
Proven background running video or photo shoots end-to-end, including locations, logistics, and documentation.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
Track record of building and improving workflows that support creative teams.
com or similar project management platforms would be ideal
Confident communication skills, including keeping senior stakeholders updated on progress and risks.
Experience managing or mentoring a small creative team, with a supportive approach.
