Are you a skilled Residential Property Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer ready to take the next step in your career? I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established firm in Winchester that is growing its Property team and looking for someone confident managing a varied residential caseload.

What you will be working on:

  • Sales, purchases & refinances
  • Leaseholds, shared ownership, HTB & lifetime ISAs
  • Remortgages & transfers of equity
  • Investment & probate sales
  • Right to Buy transactions & unregistered land
  • Declarations of trust, restrictions & more

What we are looking for:

  • 2-3 years PQE
  • Knowledge of CQS requirements
  • SDLT & Building Safety Act understanding
  • Strong client care & file management skills
  • Team player with commercial awareness
  • Someone who can confidently run files independently and contribute to business development
