What you will be working on:
- Sales, purchases & refinances
- Leaseholds, shared ownership, HTB & lifetime ISAs
- Remortgages & transfers of equity
- Investment & probate sales
- Right to Buy transactions & unregistered land
- Declarations of trust, restrictions & more
What we are looking for:
- 2-3 years PQE
- Knowledge of CQS requirements
- SDLT & Building Safety Act understanding
- Strong client care & file management skills
- Team player with commercial awareness
- Someone who can confidently run files independently and contribute to business development
