Role and Experience Level:
We are seeking a solicitor (NQ to 2 years PQE) to join the firm’s dynamic Will, Trust & Estate Disputes team. This team is involved in complex and high-profile cases, often on par with top London firms. You will be handling disputes involving the validity of wills, claims under the Inheritance Act 1975, and trust and estate disputes, along with the chance to work on the firm’s growing Court of Protection practice.
