A well-regarded and forward-thinking regional law firm is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) to join its expanding Real Estate team based in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist construction practice working on complex, high-value matters across the UK for a wide range of commercial, institutional and private clients.

The Role

  • Advising clients on the full spectrum of non-contentious construction matters, including:
  • Drafting and negotiating building contracts
  • Preparing consultant appointments, collateral warranties, guarantees and associated documentation
  • Advising on development agreements and the construction elements of real estate and corporate transactions
  • Supporting real estate finance matters with tailored construction input
  • Collaborating on national and regional infrastructure and development projects across multiple sectors
  • Providing pragmatic, commercially minded advice throughout a project's lifecycle
