Commercial / Supply Chain Transformation - Cultural Change - Reading Hybrid (3 days onsite) - SC Clearance
I have an immediate opportunity for a Change Manager / Transformation Manager to help deliver cultural change to the supply chain fuction of our public sector client.
Due to the nature and urgency of the work required, candidates who hold active SC clearance will be preferred.
What you will be doing: Contributing to the people workstream strategy and aligning culture and people change objectives with senior leadership.
Assessing current culture, skills, maturity and capability across the supply chain function and identifying priorities for change.
Designing and managing a culture and change roadmap, including progress reporting and risk and issue management.
Leading change management and communication activity for the people workstream to secure buy-in and engagement.
Working with leaders to act as culture change champions and implementing training, coaching, mentoring and leadership development.
Defining KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor culture, team engagement and the impact of culture and engagement initiatives.
What we are looking for: Experience leading culture and change initiatives in a large function or complex organisation.
Background in change management for people-focused, HR or culture workstreams.
Proven ability to assess organisational culture, skills and capability and translate findings into action.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Experience designing and delivering training, coaching, mentoring or leadership development related to behaviours and values.
Ability to define, track and report on KPIs for culture, engagement and people-focused change.
Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships across varied stakeholder groups.
