An established and expanding central London law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (3-4 years PQE or equivalent) to join its dynamic and friendly team. This is a newly created position, reflecting growth in demand and client instructions. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services across a broad range of commercial property matters. The Opportunity You\’ll join a collaborative and proactive team, handling a varied caseload and enjoying plenty of client contact and responsibility. What You\’ll Be Doing You\’ll take ownership of a wide range of commercial property matters, including: Handling landlord and tenant matters Advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals Managing site acquisitions, conditional sales, and development agreements Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial property documents, including: Options and overage agreements Wayleave and promotion agreements Section 106 agreements Airspace leases and infrastructure-related documents Supporting the team on complex transactions while developing client relationships Assisting in business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the practice What We\’re Looking For A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-4 years\’ PQE (or equivalent) Recent and relevant experience in commercial property law Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills A proactive, commercially aware approach and a genuine interest in helping to build the practice An existing following or network is a plus but not essential Why Join?
