A highly regarded international law firm is seeking a talented Commercial & Technology Associate (1-3 PQE) with a particular focus on intellectual property matters. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and market-leading team advising on high-profile commercial transactions and cutting-edge technology and IP issues.
The Role
You will work on a diverse range of IP and commercial matters, including:

• Drafting and negotiating IP licences, collaboration agreements, and R&D contracts
• Advising on brand protection, trademarks, and copyright issues
• Supporting corporate transactions with IP due diligence and structuring advice
• Advising on regulatory and data protection matters linked to technology and innovation

You will work closely with leading clients across a variety of industries, including technology, franchised businesses, energy infrastructure, automotive and retail.
About You

• 1-3 years\’ PQE with experience in intellectual property law
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• A keen interest in intellectual property and emerging technologies
• Ability to manage client relationships and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
