The Work You’ll Lead

This is a hands‑on role with autonomy, variety and clear progression potential. Run a mixed caseload independently, spanning unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, TUPE, breach of contract, restrictive covenants and negotiated exits. Advise both employers and employees on day‑to‑day HR issues, risk management and proactive dispute avoidance. Lead Employment Tribunal matters from start to finish, preparing pleadings, statements and schedules, and representing clients at hearings, mediations and ACAS processes. Draft and refine key employment documentation, including contracts, policies and settlement agreements. Option to mentor junior colleagues, develop leadership capability and help shape the team’s future.
