IT Change Manager - Central Government - 6 months - SC Clearance - Scotland / South East England (Hybrid)

I have an immediate opportunity for an experienced IT Change Manager to help shape and run the change process across an enterprise environment, working with product teams and senior stakeholders to keep live services reliable for users across the organisation.

Due to the nature and urgency of the role, candidates will ideally be British nationals and hold active SC clearance.

The role can be based from their offices in Scotland or the South East of England, with an expectation to work 3 days onsite.

I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have:
Expert knowledge of IT Service Management principles, with specialist change management experience in complex, enterprise-scale IT environments.

Ability to design, implement and govern change frameworks, including categories, risk assessment, approval processes and scheduling controls.

Experience leading change activity across multiple product teams in agile, multidisciplinary environments.

Strong stakeholder skills, including chairing CAB meetings, influencing decisions and explaining risks, assurance and escalations clearly.

Ability to interpret technical information, infrastructure dependencies and deployment practices to assess change risk and impact.

Experience managing people, workloads and team capability, including performance management and professional development.

Minimum ITIL Foundation qualification, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience using Service Now or other IT service management tooling and management information to monitor change pipelines, compliance and service performance.
