A leading software company based in London is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) expertise to join a major greenfield technology transformation programme.

You will play a key role in the delivery of a new D365 CE platform that underpins a wider customer engagement and marketing technology transformation, working closely with internal stakeholders and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business analysis activities throughout a full Dynamics CE implementation lifecycle.
  • Run workshops, gather and document requirements, and define user stories.
  • Collaborate with partners to design and deliver fit-for-purpose Dynamics CE solutions.
  • Support testing, training, and user adoption.
  • Align solutions with connected platforms including Adobe CDP & Campaign.
Essential Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations - this is essential.
  • Experience working on technology transformation or greenfield environments.
  • Strong understanding of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement, Agile delivery, and backlog management.
  • Preferably experience migrating from an existing CRM to Microsoft Dynamics CE.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse, API integrations, and GDPR compliance.

You must have eligibility to work in the UK. Be part of a major transformation from the ground up, delivering modern digital capabilities with customer impact at its core.
