Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Brighton-based team and play a key role in our success.
Your role as an Associate Consultant:
- Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding talent.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client partnerships.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to position Henderson Scott as a leading recruitment provider.
- Support and mentor junior consultants, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
