Role: Managing Consultant – FMCG & CPG Team (UK & US Market)

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 + £4,800 Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission + Paid Car Parking + Private Healthcare & Other benefits.

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Managing Consultant to join & lead part our Conusmer business covering the UK FMCG & US CPG market.

Our Consumer Practice was founded in 2021 & is one of our fastest growing parts of the business. We focus on mid-senior Sales, Marketing & Category appointments across Food, Drinks, Personal care, Household & Pet markets internationally.

The Role:

• Responsibility for leading and scaling a team.
• Lead and mentor consultants, helping them achieve their goals & potential.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle
• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within a specialist or professional services sector.
• Experience mentoring or managing consultants.
• A track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for recruitment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
