Are you an experienced Programme Director with background delivering major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation for government clients?
I have an immediate opportunity to lead an ERP programme and its related Finance, HR and IT projects.This will suit someone who has experience with providing senior leadership, structure and direction so the programme delivers the agreed outcomes, benefits and new ways of working.
Due to the urgency and nature of the role, candidates who hold active SC clearance will be preferred.
I am keen to speak with candidates who have

  • Extensive ERP programme director (or equivalent) experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Experience of delivering significant change that includes new technology services in complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills at executive and board level, with the ability to inspire confidence and influence decisions.
  • Expert-level experience in programme governance, assurance and formal approval processes.
  • Experience of business change and implementation, including operational readiness and adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Experience working with digital and data within major programmes and aligning delivery to government digital standards.
  • Desirable: experience delivering Enterprise Resource Planning systems, ideally including Workday.
  • Desirable: experience modernising Finance and HR functions and completing government project delivery assurance gates and GDS service assessments.
