We're hiring a commercially sharp, operationally focused Finance Manager to join our thriving Manufacturing Finance team - supporting a critical function responsible for delivering £1bn of annual revenue with a direct cost base of £100m and 900+ employees.
In this senior role, you'll act as the deputy to the Head of Manufacturing Finance, managing two direct reports and partnering with stakeholders across production, engineering, investment and transformation to drive business performance and strategic growth.
- Act as a trusted finance business partner to Manufacturing leadership
- Deliver timely, insightful analysis across product cost centres and project UPCs
- Own EACs (Estimate at Completion) for key production contracts
- Oversee financial governance of capital investment plans across sites
- Lead monthly balance sheet reconciliation and reporting
- Support SAP S/4HANA integration and influence future-state finance processes
- Champion continuous improvement in finance operations and systems
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with manufacturing sector experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP and/or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders across finance and operations
- Track record of people management and team development
