Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated
Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
to join a respected regional firm in Andover. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a mix of high-quality work, flexibility, and strong career prospects.

The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload covering:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection work
• Tax and Trusts matters
• Advising and supporting vulnerable clients

You will be part of a friendly, collaborative Private Client team with excellent administrative support and modern case management systems in place.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years\’ post-qualification experience in Private Client law
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Experience handling a wide range of private client matters independently
• Comfortable dealing with vulnerable clients with sensitivity and professionalism
• Experience using case management systems
• STEP qualification (desirable but not essential)
