A well-established and supportive Private Client team is seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their Andover office. This excellent opportunity is for a confident fee earner looking to manage their own caseload, work closely with vulnerable clients, and develop their career within a respected and collaborative environment.

Role Location: Andover

Experience: 3+ PQE

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Package: £50,000-£65,000 DOE

You will manage a varied Private Client caseload, including:

  • Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
  • Probate and full estate administration
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Tax and Trust work
  • Advising and supporting vulnerable clients

You will be expected to handle matters independently from instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client care throughout. There is also scope to support the wider team and contribute to the smooth running and development of the department.

About You

  • 3+ years PQE in Private Client work
  • Strong experience across wills, probate and estate administration
  • Confident managing a full caseload independently
  • Experience working with vulnerable clients
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
  • Experience using case management systems
  • STEP qualification (desirable but not essential)
