We are looking for a high-calibre Agile Coach to support a major international financial services provider on their global transition to Agile. This role focuses on coaching at both the organisational and team of teams levels, working with diverse stakeholders across multiple time zones.
As a go-to expert, you will provide thought leadership and technical expertise to top-level management, helping to resolve barriers to scaling and ensuring a consistent, customer-centric approach across the international taxonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Role-Specific Coaching: Provide expert guidance to Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
- Executive Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on complex agile matters and organisational coordination.
- Maturity and Productivity: Assess agile maturity across multiple teams and develop bespoke plans to increase delivery velocity and process efficiency.
- Scaling and Barriers: Identify and dismantle systemic blockers to scaling Agile across the enterprise.
- Governance and Metrics: Assist in the identification, collection, and reporting of agile practice metrics and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) ceremonies.
