A global, enterprise-scale sports, media & entertainment organization is seeking a Contract Project Manager to support a major Salesforce transformation program. The company operates internationally, delivers hundreds of large-scale live events each year, and manages complex commercial, marketing, and fanâengagement operations across multiple business units.
This is a highly visible initiative within a fastâmoving, consumerâfacing enterprise environment.
We are hiring a Contract Project Manager to lead a Salesforce Sales Cloud & Data Cloud implementation as part of a critical enterprise modernization program. This engagement will run for approximately 6 months and will be responsible for full endâtoâend delivery â from project kickoff through goâlive and postâlaunch stabilization. You will be accountable for coordinating internal stakeholders, external Salesforce implementation partners, and technical delivery teams to ensure a successful deployment across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities- Own full lifecycle delivery of a Salesforce Sales Cloud & Data Cloud implementation
- Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate closely with external Salesforce implementation partners, developers, integration teams, and data engineers
- Ensure delivery aligns with scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and crossâteam dependencies
- Act as the primary point of contact between business leadership and delivery partners
- Facilitate governance forums, status meetings, and executiveâlevel reporting
- Manage thirdâparty system integrators to ensure contractual and delivery obligations are met
- Establish and enforce project governance, change control, and escalation frameworks
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements
- Partner with business teams on change management, communications, training, and user adoption
- Produce clear and accurate status reporting, including RAID, milestones, financials, and mitigation plans
- Maintain delivery documentation including schedules, decision logs, and delivery artefacts
- 7+ years of enterprise project management experience
- Proven delivery of multiple Salesforce implementations
- Handsâon experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Data Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and enterprise data platforms
- Experience working with system integrators, vendors, and crossâfunctional internal teams
- Comfortable operating in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
- Able to assess technical risk and delivery dependencies without being a handsâon developer
- Required: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
- Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, etc.)
