• Experience working on a busy Service Desk.
• O365 – Licence deployment & Mail flow analysis.
• Firewalls troubleshooting.
• Understand Lan, Wan Technologies.
• Experience using a ticketing system.
• MSP experience a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and keep track of active tasks.
