As part of our ongoing commitment to growth, our new Talent Acquisition Partner at Henderson Scott will identify and attract high-performing recruiters for our professional services teams across the UK and the USA. This requires a pro-active approach, working closely with the Managing Directors and senior managers to ensure you understand their requirements.
Key to your success is the ability to engage with passive candidates, utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and head-hunting techniques. Much more than a transactional Talent Acquisition role, we are looking for someone to map out the recruitment market, make themselves known to the key players, and track the emerging talent in our office locations.
We value both recruitment experience and raw sales talent, so the ability to identify these core key traits is essential, with the ability to showcase all the benefits of working at Henderson Scott. You will have a background in agency recruitment within a professional services industry to understand the nuances and what’s required to succeed in these teams.
Staying updated on recruitment trends, market conditions, and hiring practices, including DEI principles, is key to maintaining a competitive edge, and sourcing and hiring diverse talent. Your experience will include full-cycle recruiting; sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, using platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and AI-based sourcing tools.
You’ll also be proactive and sales-driven, with the ability to engage candidates, collaborate with stakeholders, and negotiate effectively. Over everything, we are looking for hard-working individuals who are driven, competitive, and dedicated to growing a career within Talent Acquisition.
