Henderson Scott Finance and Accounting have partnered with a consultancy firm based in Manchester to recruit for a Systems Finance Business Partner. This is a remote role. Accountants must be qualified in ACA, CIMA, or ACCA. This role offers the successful candidate progression and an entry into the world of consultancy specialising within IT.
The Role & Key Responsibilities
- Manage implementation of powerful cloud-based ERP platform directly with clients (WAP and IBM TM1).
- Manage expectations of client service delivery.
- Deliver high-quality solutions within expected time frames and budget.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement and structured decision-making.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
The Candidate
- We would like to speak with qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) who would like to explore the world of consultancy and take a different route in their career than the conventional path.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of client's success.
- Good understanding of modern IT solutions; you will be the link between IT and Finance.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills (finance) along with Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at senior stakeholder level.
- Good problem-solving abilities, being able to use your initiative to complete tasks, working with people and solving problems.
- Experience building financial planning solutions (profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow).
- Additional language skills would be advantageous.
