Manage a varied caseload, including sales and purchases of properties, remortgages, lease extensions, and shared ownership. Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, mortgage providers, and property developers. Work closely with colleagues in new build, real estate, and dispute teams to provide comprehensive legal solutions. Offer practical, client-focused advice, ensuring high service standards are maintained. Stay updated on conveyancing law and regulations to provide up-to-date guidance.
