Ideal candidates will be at NQ to 3 years PQE or 5 PLus PQE and bring knowledge and enthusiasm to tackle a wide array of conveyancing cases. The residential property team is one of the largest in the region, working closely with dedicated new build, real estate, and property dispute teams. Manage a varied caseload, including sales and purchases of properties, remortgages, lease extensions, and shared ownership. Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, mortgage providers, and property developers. Work closely with colleagues in new build, real estate, and dispute teams to provide comprehensive legal solutions. Offer practical, client-focused advice, ensuring high service standards are maintained. Stay updated on conveyancing law and regulations to provide up-to-date guidance.
