Private Client Solicitor Opportunity
Location: Richmond, Surrey
Position: Full-Time

A well-established law firm in Richmond, Surrey, is seeking a motivated individual to join its expanding Private Client Team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a high-calibre team and a diverse client base, primarily local high-net-worth individuals, on a range of private client matters, including cross-border matters.
About the Team
The Private Client Team consists of 5 experienced solicitors and 4 skilled paralegals. The team handles a full range of private client work, including wills, estate planning and probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and trusts, as well as some cross-border matters, for a range of high-net-worth clients.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including:
- Drafting wills and providing estate and tax planning advice.
- Administering estates and probate.
- Advising on and preparing LPAs.
- Creating and managing trusts.
