Job Description Private Client NQ Solicitor – Exciting Opportunity with a Surrey-Based Firm A leading law firm in Surrey is seeking a full-time Private Client NQ Solicitor to join their friendly and professional team at their Dorking office. The Role: The successful candidate will work on a diverse and rewarding caseload, advising clients on matters such as: Drafting bespoke Wills. Assisting with estate administration and estate planning. Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney. Advising on trust creation, management, and administration.
