They are a full-service firm and specialise in all aspects of corporate law working with a wide range of clients including public and private UK and International companies and their owners in relation to M&A, equity and debt funding and general corporate structuring work.

- Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a solid foundation in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

- Have a good understanding of the corporate market, its challenges and opportunities.
- A sense of initiative and enthusiasm.
