A well-recognised top tier firm in Southampton are looking to recruit an ambitious Corporate Lawyer to join their specialist team. They are highly respected in the industry and they are consistently ranked in legal directories The Legal 500 and Chambers UK, as well as High Net Worth 2023, providing quality work to their reputable clients locally and nationally. They are a full-service firm and specialise in all aspects of corporate law working with a wide range of clients including public and private UK and International companies and their owners in relation to M&A, equity and debt funding and general corporate structuring work.

  • Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a solid foundation in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

  • Have a good understanding of the corporate market, its challenges and opportunities.
  • A sense of initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Able to work well within a team and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate.
