The Role We are seeking an experienced Company Commercial Lawyer (4-5 years PQE) to join our talented team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a diverse and challenging caseload, working with a range of business clients on commercial and corporate matters. What We’re Looking For A qualified solicitor with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in company and commercial law. Proven ability to handle a varied caseload, including corporate transactions, commercial agreements, and business advisory work. Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering tailored legal solutions. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities. A team player with a proactive and driven approach.
