New Role ️ Business Process Analyst ️ 6 Month Contract, Inside IR35 Hybrid: 2-3 days in office, London-based Purpose of role: As a Business Process Analyst, working closely with the Director of Operational Excellence, you will play a significant role in transformation by documenting existing (current state) processes and identifying opportunities for improvement of business processes. You will be required to produce, document, and research business needs, processes, data, and requirements. The project: My client is starting two pieces of work. The first is a process improvement project in procurement to examine the end-to-end process both from a user-experience perspective and from a time and financial efficiency perspective. The second is to help the Director of Operational Excellence set up a Continuous Improvement function. Lean Six Sigma qualifications are desirable. Candidate requirements: Bachelor’s degree/ Certification in business process or equivalent Experience using ARIS (process mapping tool) At least 5 years’ experience as a business process analyst on large and complex projects. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows including process reengineering skills. Understands that technology is a tool, not the goal, and focuses on people and their use-cases, recognizing process maps and architecture as means to achieve broader operational objectives. Lean and Continuous improvement experience including value stream mapping Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups Strong ‘people’, communication and stakeholder engagement skills High competence with MS Office and MS Visio and desirable (but not essential) to have experience of additional digital process mapping tools Desired Skills and Experience #businessoperations #processimprovement #operationalexcellence #procurement
