Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing residential property files including sales, purchases, and transfers from instruction to completion
- Delivering excellent client care while meeting agreed financial and billing targets
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes
- Building relationships with referrers and supporting local business development activity
We're Looking For:
- Qualified Residential Solicitor, Conveyancer, or Residential Property Executive with around 2-3 years' PQE or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage your own residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and motivated approach with an interest in business development
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
