You will play a key role in the continued growth of the Private Client practice, combining high-quality legal work with leadership and business development.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing a varied caseload covering wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and estate planning
- Building, mentoring, and assisting in leading a Private Client team
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, including high-net-worth individuals
- Driving business development through networking, referrals, and profile-raising activities
We’re Looking For
- A qualified Solicitor at Senior Associate or Partner level with strong private client experience, around 8PQE+
- Proven business development skills and the ability to attract and retain work
- Experience supporting or leading a team, with a collaborative leadership style
- Excellent client care skills and a commercial, pragmatic approach
