A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor with ideally 7+ years' PQE to join its successful Private Client team based in Thame. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Lawyer looking to work on high-quality matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters while working closely with high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners across a broad range of complex matters. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with three days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Advising clients on estate planning, wealth preservation and succession planning matters.
- Providing pragmatic, commercially aware and client-focused legal advice.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
- Supporting business development initiatives and helping to grow the Private Client practice.
- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team where appropriate.
You will likely have:
- Ideally 7+ years' PQE within Private Client law.
- Experience handling your own caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Administration matters.
