A highly regarded regional law firm with a long-established presence in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. This is a newly created senior-level role, working closely with Partners and offering genuine scope to build a profile, develop client relationships, and take on high-quality, varied work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

  • You'll advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
  • Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
  • Landlord and tenant work, including complex commercial leases
  • Secured lending transactions
  • Development matters such as options, promotion agreements, and infrastructure projects
  • Easements, wayleaves, and related property rights

There is a particular focus on clients within the agricultural and rural sector, so experience in this area would be advantageous, though not essential.
