You will take ownership of a varied private client caseload, working across wills, probate, and estate planning matters. Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload covering wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney
- Advising on lifetime tax planning and Court of Protection matters
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory procedures, including Lexcel and ISO standards
- Building strong client relationships while meeting agreed billing targets
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in private client law
- Strong knowledge of wills, probate, tax planning, and elderly client matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using case management systems and IT software
