Henderson Scott Limited is seeking a Planning Associate (1-5 PQE) to join its market-leading national Planning team. You will advise a diverse client base across housebuilding, retail, investment, energy, and infrastructure, handling complex and high-profile matters.
You will contribute to both contentious and non-contentious planning work, including drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements and advising on highways law.
