A well-established and highly regarded regional firm is seeking a Senior Associate Family Solicitor to join its team in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior role within a respected Family department, handling high-quality work while playing a key part in the ongoing growth of the practice.
The Role
- Manage a full caseload of high-value matrimonial and financial remedy matters
- Handle complex divorce and financial cases
- Attend court hearings and undertake advocacy
- Support and mentor junior lawyers and support staff
- Play an active role in business development and networking
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Family team
This role offers a strong platform for progression, with clear scope to step into future leadership.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 6+ PQE in Family Law
- Strong experience in high-value matrimonial and financial matters
- Confident in advocacy and court appearances
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy caseload

- Full remuneration package £70,000-£80,000 DOE
