A well-established and highly regarded regional firm is seeking a Senior Associate Family Solicitor to join its team in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior role within a respected Family department, handling high-quality work while playing a key part in the ongoing growth of the practice.

The Role

  • Manage a full caseload of high-value matrimonial and financial remedy matters
  • Handle complex divorce and financial cases
  • Attend court hearings and undertake advocacy
  • Support and mentor junior lawyers and support staff
  • Play an active role in business development and networking
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Family team

This role offers a strong platform for progression, with clear scope to step into future leadership.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 6+ PQE in Family Law
  • Strong experience in high-value matrimonial and financial matters
  • Confident in advocacy and court appearances
  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
  • Commercially aware with an interest in business development
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy caseload
