A highly regarded and expanding regional firm is seeking a Senior Associate (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join its established Wills, Probate & Estate Planning team in Salisbury.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, with a focus on:
- Wills & estate planning
- Probate & estate administration
- Trusts & LPAs
- Tax and succession planning for HNW clients
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers, trainees and apprentices
- Providing technical guidance across the team
- Working closely with senior leadership on department strategy and growth
- Building and maintaining a strong local network and contributing to business development
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong Private Client experience
- Excellent technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Tax Planning
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients
- Strong leadership or mentoring experience
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
- Well-connected locally or motivated to build a network in the Salisbury market
- STEP qualification (or working towards) desirable
