The Role
You will manage a high-quality caseload of private family matters, including:
- Complex financial matters
- Children matters
- Relationship breakdown
- High-value and complex family cases
- Private family disputes and associated proceedings
The role will also involve:
- Providing strategic leadership within the team
- Supporting and mentoring junior fee earners
- Developing and maintaining strong professional referral relationships
- Taking an active role in marketing and business development
- Growing your own practice and client following
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant experience in private Family Law
- Expertise across financial and children matters
- Experience handling complex and high-value cases
- Additional ADR qualifications are advantageous
- Excellent technical and procedural knowledge
- Exceptional client care and communication
- Strong business development and networking skills
- An established professional network and/or client following
- Leadership and mentoring experience
