We are seeking a talented Residential Property Lawyer to join our growing property team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated lawyer with at least 1 year's PQE and a genuine interest in career progression.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, working on a variety of transactions including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New builds and shared ownership
- Land transactions
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, explaining complex legal issues clearly and with empathy
- Liaising with estate agents, brokers, and other professionals
- Managing financial aspects including cash‐flow, billing, and quotations
- Meeting agreed targets for billing and cost recovery
- Maintaining high levels of client care and building strong relationships
- Participating in marketing, networking, and business development opportunities
About You
- Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with 1+ years' PQE
- Demonstrated experience managing a range of residential conveyancing matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional, detail‐focused, and client‐centred approach
- (Experience in commercial property is advantageous but not essential)
