Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days from home
A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join its established team in Romsey.
The firm has a strong presence across Hampshire, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire and is committed to providing an excellent service to its clients while creating a supportive and rewarding environment for its people.

The Role
You will handle a varied residential property caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Residential conveyancing
- First-time buyer matters
- Remortgages
- Transfer of equity
- Leasehold transactions
- Residential property investment
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property-related disputes
- Liaising with lenders and other third parties
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
You will also:
- Manage your own caseload
- Provide clear and practical legal advice
- Keep clients informed at every stage
- Develop strong client relationships
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider firm
- Make effective use of technology and modern working practices
- Contribute to the success and development of the Residential Property team
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience within Residential Property / Conveyancing
- Experience managing an independent caseload
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Excellent client-care and communication skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence dealing with clients, lenders and third parties
- A collaborative approach to working within a team
