A thriving, modern law firm on the South Coast is looking to welcome an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer to its dynamic team in Christchurch. The Role
You will join a highly regarded Residential Property team, taking ownership of your own diverse caseload while supervising and supporting a paralegal. You\'ll handle a full range of matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New builds
- Shared ownership
- Lease extensions and property finance
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to business development, nurture junior team members, and play a key role in maintaining the firm\'s excellent reputation.
