We are working with a well-established and accredited residential property firm that is continuing to grow its highly successful conveyancing team. Due to sustained expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their strong property department on a fully remote basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded conveyancer who thrives in a structured, high-performing environment and enjoys delivering exceptional client service.
The RoleYou will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, supported by specialist onboarding and post-completion teams. There is also the potential to work alongside a dedicated paralegal, contributing to their development where appropriate. This position is suited to a fee-earning conveyancer who is focused on quality, productivity, and contributing to the continued growth of a successful property department. It is not positioned as a management or leadership role.
About YouThe ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A minimum of 3 years' solid experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload
- A strong billing history and confidence managing files independently
- Excellent organisational and IT skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Outstanding client care and communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- The confidence to work autonomously within a fully remote structure
- Experience supervising or assisting in the training of paralegals would be advantageous, although not essential
