An elite US-headquartered law firm is seeking an outstanding Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its market-leading Real Estate Finance team in London. The team advises leading private equity sponsors, global investment funds, major financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, borrowers, lenders and investors on some of the most high-profile and complex real estate finance transactions in the market.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious NQ to join one of the most highly regarded real estate finance practices globally, working on sophisticated, cross-border transactions across a broad range of asset classes including offices, logistics, residential, hospitality, data centres and mixed-use developments.

Candidate Profile
Applications are sought from exceptional candidates who can demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales (this role will not accept foreign qualifications)
- A seat or substantial trainee experience in Real Estate Finance
- Experience gained at a Tier 1, elite US, Magic Circle, Silver Circle or similarly ranked international law firm
- A strong understanding of commercial real estate finance transactions
- Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
- A proactive and hardworking approach with strong attention to detail
Academic Requirements
Candidates must possess an outstanding academic record, including:
- First-Class Honours degree (or equivalent)
- Strong A-Level results
- Successful completion of SQE 1 and SQE 2
- Consistent academic excellence throughout their education
