Commercial Property Associate | 4+ PQE | Central London
A well-established London law firm is looking to add a Commercial Property Associate (4+ PQE) to its growing real estate team.
The practice advises a strong mix of high-net-worth individuals, property investors, developers, retail and hospitality businesses, and corporate occupiers on a broad range of commercial property matters. The successful candidate will gain exposure to high-value transactions, significant client contact, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners whilst continuing to develop their own client relationships.
Key areas of work include:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Asset management
- Property finance transactions
- Property support work on corporate transactions and restructurings
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years' PQE in commercial property
- Experience gained at a reputable City, West End or leading regional firm
- A solid grounding across acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, and general real estate matters
- Strong technical ability and confidence managing matters with an appropriate degree of autonomy
- Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills
- An interest in business development and contributing to the continued growth of a successful team
- Strong billing record
- At least a 2:1 from a Russell Group University
- At least a merit/ distinction on the LPC (and GDL if applicable) (not a pass)
