A well-known National law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its dynamic team.
You will support and, where appropriate, take full responsibility for a broad range of commercial property transactions. This will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases, licences, transfers and deeds, as well as undertaking detailed due diligence by reviewing title documentation, searches and raising relevant enquiries.
What We're Looking For:
