The Role
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of matters, including:
- Professional indemnity
- Insurance coverage and policy response advice
- Financial lines claims
- Broker negligence disputes
- Defence of claims
- Coverage disputes for insurers
- Recovery actions and strategic claims advice
Candidate Requirements
- Professional indemnity experience (minimum of 3 years PQE)
- Candidates are likely to come from established insurance, professional indemnity, coverage or financial lines teams
