The Role
You will manage a varied Private Client caseload, working closely with individuals and families to support them through important life stages. The role offers a strong balance of autonomy, client interaction, and team collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own caseload of wills, probate, and estate administration matters
- Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney, inheritance tax planning, and trusts where appropriate
- Meeting clients to take instructions and provide clear, compassionate legal advice
- Maintaining accurate and compliant case records
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Working collaboratively within a close-knit Private Client team
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 1-4 years' PQE as a Private Client Solicitor
- Experience handling wills, probate, and estate administration work
- Strong technical knowledge of core Private Client matters
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A highly organised approach with strong attention to detail
- Confidence managing your own caseload independently
- A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
