A well-regarded and expanding law firm is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level to join its busy and growing department. This opportunity would suit a solicitor who takes pride in delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice and enjoys working closely with a diverse client base.
The firm advises clients across a broad range of sectors, including property development, hospitality and leisure, retail, agriculture, property investment, and ownerâmanaged businesses, as well as highânetâworth private clients.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload while working collaboratively with colleagues on larger and more complex transactions. The position offers excellent exposure to a substantial portfolio of commercial and private clients and provides scope to play a key role in the continued growth of the department. A practical, efficient and businessâminded approach to client service is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied property caseload from instruction to completion
- Supporting the team on significant and high-value transactions
- Advising clients in a clear, commercial and solution-driven manner

Experience & Requirements
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters, including negotiation of new and renewal leases, ancillary documentation and advice under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Infrastructure and development-related agreements
- Property-related construction documentation

- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience
- Technically strong, commercially aware and confident dealing directly with clients
